Terms of Trade

These Terms of Trade apply to all home staging services provided by Style Haus. By accepting a quote or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

Services

Style Haus provides professional home staging services including consultation, furniture and décor hire, installation, styling and removal as outlined in your approved quote.

 

Payment

Full payment is required prior to installation unless otherwise agreed in writing. All prices are in NZD and exclusive of GST unless stated.

 

Staging Period

The staging period begins on installation and runs for the duration stated in your quote. No refunds apply if the property sells early. Extensions are subject to availability and fees.

 

Ownership

All styling items remain the property of Style Haus and are for display purposes only. Items must not be used, moved or removed.

 

Client Responsibilities

The client must provide clear access, maintain utilities, and ensure no renovation or trade work occurs during staging.

 

Damage & Loss

The client is responsible for any damage, loss or excessive cleaning of staging items, including damage caused by pets or visitors.

 

Liability

Style Haus is not liable for loss, theft, injury or sale outcomes. Clients must maintain adequate insurance.

 

Marketing

Style Haus may photograph staged properties for marketing unless requested otherwise in writing.

 

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
