Furniture Removal & Storage
Often requested alongside Integrated Staging.
Removal and secure storage of selected personal furniture and items during the staging
period, helping the home feel lighter, more spacious, and market‑ready.

Home Cleaning Service
For vacant, unoccupied homes only.
A professional interior cleaning service for vacant properties preparing for sale. Includes a free
onsite inspection, followed by a detailed emailed quote with itemised inclusions. Pricing varies
depending on size and condition, with general rates ranging from $125–$200.
Additional charges may apply for homes requiring a more intensive clean.
